We are about sharing LIFE, not creating another program!

Our goal is to encourage one another simply by sharing life together as the women of ACTS.

What do we offer?

  • Small groups of 4 or 5 women of different ages and stages are forming so that we can share life happenings, bless each other, pray for each other, and ultimately to encourage deeper walks with Jesus Christ.
  • Spring and Fall retreat so we have time to get away to play, relax, get to know the person behind that face, and to worship and seek the Lord together.
  • Random social times.

Are you new to ACTS and looking to get connected in a snall group? Have you passed on the opportunity in the past but are feeling that now is the time to connect? Is your current group feeling as though its time has come to an end and you want to connect with a new group of women?

ALTAR-ED HEARTS MEETING
 
Altar-ed Hearts is a new opportunity within the ACTS Women’s Ministry that seeks to provide a safe place for women to bring their hearts' cry. With the Holy Spirit's leading, and by learning to walk together as sisters in Christ, we anticipate great breakthrough, healing, and wholeness. It’s simple, actually. Consider the altar and what happens there. An individual presents their heart to God, in the presence of another sister, with a spirit of openness and vulnerability. The walls come down and the Spirit is set free. There have been many sweet times of ministry at ACTS. But what happens when you leave the altar? Who have you shared with that can follow through and walk with you as you learn to walk free, healed, or simply, ‘in process'? Consider those women who have yet to enter the altar out of the fear of being known, fear of not being met, or simply the fear of the unknown. We long to see women experience a deeper understanding of God’s amazing love, as well as experience the strengthening of one of the sweetest relationships created by God: Sisterhood. We long for these divine encounters to ‘altar’ our hearts so that we will never be the same again!
So won’t you join us? All you need is an open heart, a willingness to tear down the walls of insecurity and fear, an openness to being used by the Holy Spirit, and to let your heart be changed in the presence of our amazing Daddy. Your sisters are waiting. We need you.
